Enjoy the Ride

Some tips to enjoy the ride:
take a 10-30 minutes walk everyday and while you walk smile;
sit silent for at least 10 minutes each day;
live with energy, enthusiasm and empathy;
dream more when you are awake;
what other people think of you is none of your business;
No matter what you feel, get up, dress up and show up...

Vou tentar seguir o conselho, mas desde já sei que não é nada fácil, nesta vida de corrida constante e alucinante...correr tanto para quê?...
